WAAJ WEEK Photo Contest:
Capturing the Wright Spirit

To mark our first anniversary on Nov. 7, 2006, WAAJ sponsored an international photo contest with the theme Capturing the Wright Spirit.

During WAAJ Week, Nov. 8 - 13, 2006, we displayed the 91 submissions (thanks, everyone!) in a Roppongi gallery, and encouraged all visitors to cast votes for their favorite photos.

A panel of judges from WAAJ, the Japan Institute of Architects, the Imperial Hotel, Usonian 21 and Travel Plan announced the winners on the final night, and presented generous prizes to the seven winners.
